I never usually do post on the news going on in the fashion world but today it feels necessary. This morning was the biggest thing to happen in fashion since we found out Oscar De La Renta died. John Galliano made his return to the runway as the new creative director for Maison Martin Margiela, after literally being banished from the fashion world when he was the head of Dior in 2011. He has been viewed as driving force behind the success of Dior for the 15 years he was there.
Galliano is one of the most brilliant minds in fashion of our generation so to have him back after keeping such a low profile the past 5 years stirs up a lot of conversation.
